Finally, Nivi our new flagship restaurant in Nuuk has opened its doors after two years of construction.
We are so proud of this beautiful building – reflecting Greenland in its architecture and design but also in the menus and the decoration inside.

The magnificent Greenland
consists of mountains and ice.
So does our restaurant with the many gorgeous windows being the water and the ice; the concrete base below being the rocks and solid mountains.
The wooden slats on the facade and indoor are a tribute to the Greenlandic culture, where the kayaks are partly built from driftwood.
Indoors, you also find pieces of Greenland, amongst others polar bear, musk ox, seal and whale
– some on the menus and some on the walls ;-)
Our ambition is to satisfy your cravings for small bites of the world.
From Greenland of course to the Nordics to Europe to Asia and America – and all in the same concept.
